Does the pilot cover only one tender?
No. The pilot is designed to assess eligible live tenders across the 90-day period within the agreed operating envelope. Every tender remains a separately governed run.
Does Behaviour Engine replace our estimator or professional team?
No. It structures evidence and develops decision support. Competent, authorised people remain responsible for professional judgement, final methodology, price, risk acceptance and submission.
Can it submit a tender for us?
No. Behaviour Engine does not autonomously approve or submit tenders, enter contracts, select suppliers or make commitments on your behalf.
Do we upload tender documents to this public website?
No. This website is an information and enquiry surface only. Approved customers receive a separate controlled route after onboarding and authority checks.
What happens after the 90 days?
The pilot closes with a review of measured outcomes and unresolved issues. Any continuation, implementation or subscription requires a separate quotation, contract and approval.
