Behaviour Engine provides controlled, non-public decision support. Outputs may contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed by competent, authorised people before reliance or submission.
Evidence integrity
Four sources of information. Never one blurred answer.
The distinction matters commercially. A tender clause, a customer instruction, an authoritative public source and an AI-developed option do not carry the same authority—and the outputs should never imply that they do.
Authorised human input
The customer’s role, intended tender package, by-others boundaries, decisions and amendments are recorded as human authority—not mistaken for source evidence.
External research
Public sources can supplement standard contract, regulatory, market or location context, but remain separately labelled and cannot silently replace missing project evidence.
AI analysis
Methods, quantities, estimates, programmes, options and risks are identified as decision support and retain their evidence basis, uncertainty and review status.
Current information boundary
The public site does not accept tender documents.
This website is an information and pilot-enquiry surface. The enquiry form opens a draft in the visitor’s email application; the site itself does not transmit or store the entered information.
Approved pilot customers receive a separate controlled route only after organisation, user, authority and information-handling checks. Every tender must then begin as a new isolated run.
Before sending anything
Customer authority comes first.

- Nominate authorised users and decision owners
- Confirm the customer’s tendering role and intended package
- Use only the issued controlled route
- Do not mix evidence or instructions between tender runs
